The Performance tab serves as your central hub for analyzing the creator's growth, content impact, and audience insights. This guide will walk you through each section step by step.
Filtering Your Data
Before diving into the numbers, you can set the timeframe for your analysis.
- Filter by Timeframe: Located at the top of the page, this dropdown menu allows you to view performance data from the Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days. The metrics in the "Performance Summary" will update based on the period you select here.
- Here is a breakdown of what each option means:
- Last 7 days: Shows data for the last 7 full days.
- Last 30 days: Shows data for the last full calendar month.
- Last 90 days: Shows data for the last 3 full calendar months.
Performance Summary
This section provides an overview of the creator's key metrics for the selected timeframe. Each metric also shows a percentage change compared to the previous period, helping you quickly spot trends.
- Average Engagement Rate: This is the average percentage of the creator’s followers who engaged (liked, commented, shared, saved) with posts during the selected period.
- Median Engagements: This shows the middle value of engagements across a creator’s posts. It’s helpful because it smooths out the effect of occasional viral posts, giving you a clearer sense of typical performance.
- Post Count: The total number of posts published in the selected timeframe.
- Followers Change: The net number of followers gained or lost during the selected period compared to the previous one.
- Median Views: The middle value of views creator posts received, providing a baseline for typical view performance.
Audience Insights
While the Performance Summary focuses on a specific timeframe, the Audience Insights section provides a demographic snapshot of the creator's audience for all time.
- Audience By Country: The geographic distribution of the audience by country.
- Audience By City: The geographic distribution of the audience by city.
- Audience Age: The age demographic breakdown of the audience.
- Audience Gender: The gender composition of the audience.
Content Insights
This section analyzes the content of creator posts, providing insights into themes, brand mentions, sponsorships, and languages used within the selected timeframe.
- Brands and Logos: Brands and logos featured in posts in the selected timeframe.
- Ads and Sponsorships: Brands featured in paid partnerships and ads in the selected timeframe.
- Content Styles: The most frequent content styles used in the selected timeframe.
- Languages: Primary languages detected on the posts in the selected timeframe.
Recent Posts
This section analyzes individual creator posts published within the selected timeframe. You can use the sorting and filtering features to efficiently surface the most relevant information.
You have two main controls here:
- Sort by:
- Engagements: Ranks posts from highest to lowest total engagements.
- Engagement rate: Ranks posts by the percentage of followers who engaged with the post.
- Views: Ranks posts from most to fewest views.
- Show:
- Organic and Sponsored posts: Displays all content.
- Organic Posts: Shows only regular posts that were not paid promotions.
- Sponsored Posts: Filters to show only the posts paid to promote as ads.
By using these filters, you can quickly identify the top-performing content, compare the performance of organic vs. sponsored posts, and gain a deeper understanding of which content resonates most with the audience.
