The Action History feature provides a transparent audit log of every decision made on a Creator's profile and their individual posts. This guide explains how to access the feature, interpret the data, and understand the full list of system and user actions.
Overview
The Action History tab answers the three critical questions for every status change:
- Who made the change? (User Email Address)
- When did it happen? (Exact Timestamp)
- What changed? (e.g., changing the status from Pending to Rejected)
You can access Action History at two distinct levels: the Post-level and the Profile-level.
Post Level History
This view is specific to individual posts.
How to Access
- Open a Creator’s profile and navigate to the Posts feed.
- Click on any individual post to open the detailed view.
- Select the Action History tab (located next to Brand Safety and Performance).
Making a Status Change
When you manually change a post's status (e.g., Accept, Reject, or Remediate):
- A confirmation popup will appear: "Confirm Post Status Change".
- You will see the transition state (e.g., PENDING > ACCEPTED).
- Additional Comments: You can add context here (e.g., "Rejected for political content").
- Note: Comments are highly recommended for Rejection and Remediation.
Once confirmed, this action is immediately logged in the history table below.
Profile Level History
This view tracks high-level changes to the Creator's entire account status.
How to Access
- Navigate to the Creator's main profile page.
- Click the Action History tab in the main navigation bar (usually between Brand Safety and Notes).
Understanding the Log
The table displays a chronological list of events.
- Timestamp: The exact date and time of the action.
- User: The email address of the team member who performed the action.
- Action: A visual indicator of the state change.
- Details: Any comments left by the user or system-generated notes.
