During roster creation, upload a keyword list to provide an extra layer of brand safety alignment over and above our standard violation detection. Keywords identified during post analysis will be treated as violations, allowing you to take appropriate action if required.
Importing Your Keyword List
To import keywords, your file must contain a list of keywords:

- "Standard Keyword template" and "Social and Political Keyword” templates are available within the platform.
Understanding Exact Mode
Exact Match:
- Finds only results that are an exact, letter-for-letter match to your inputted keyword.
- Example: Searching for "apple" will only detect "apple."
Reviewing In-Platform
Once the post analysis is complete, you can review keyword violations at both the creator- and post-level to understand exactly how and where the flagged terms were used.
Creator-Level Review
Under the creator’s Brand Safety Analysis, the Keyword Violations section displays the total count of violating terms used during the roster timeframe.
Post-Level Review
Clicking a specific post reveals exact violation details, including the total number of occurrences. To help you locate the exact context, tags indicate exactly where the keyword was found:
Caption: In the post's text description.
Media Text (OCR): Written on-screen in the image or video.
AI Summary: Included in the AI-generated summary of the content.

The View Transcript button opens full transcription with keywords highlighted for quick context.
