Admins can select which Brand Safety Guideline (BSG) categories apply to each roster. In the Agent App, these settings ensure that creators' violation counts reflect only the categories relevant to that roster.

How roster settings work
Admins manage each roster’s BSG categories through the Admin portal. They can update individual categories or upload settings in bulk.
Note: Your CSV must exactly follow the template provided by your dedicated Product Success Manager. Uploads that do not match the template will be rejected.
Roster settings apply across creator, post, and Action History views.
- ON: The category contributes to the roster’s actionable violation count and can move a monitored creator to Pending.
- OFF: The category can still be detected and reviewed separately, but it does not contribute to the actionable violation count or move the monitored creator to Pending.
Understand creator-level violation totals
Creator-level violation counts include posts with at least one category set to ON. When roster settings change, the Agent App updates these totals to reflect the new configuration.
Review ON and OFF categories in posts
In a post’s Brand Safety view, each detected category is labeled ON or OFF for the roster.
When you record a decision on a post, the Agent App preserves the BSG settings used for that decision. Later roster changes do not alter the historical record.
Review posts with OFF categories
Posts where all detected violation categories are OFF appear in a separate Pending tab. These detections remain available for review but do not contribute to the actionable violation count or move the monitored creator to Pending.
View roster setting changes in Action History
To open the roster's Action History:
- Open Brands in the Agent App.
- Select the brand, then open the roster.
- Select Action History beside Creators.
- Review the setting changes to see what changed and when.
